* Fix issue which can cause queries to be blocked permanently.
* Close connections correctly in JDBC connectors.
* Add implicit coercions for values of equi-join criteria.
* Fix detection of window function calls without an ``OVER`` clause.

SPI Changes
-----------

* Remove ``ordinalPosition`` from ``ColumnMetadata``.
